While in high school, Dustin McQuivey’s father, a college football coach, left his job and for a time drove long haul tractor trailers. Why did he do this? To find a way to be with his youngest son, Dustin and to possibly coach him in his high school career. Dustin not only played for his father in high school, but excelled in football enough to have an incredible career for the University of Utah on his way to a brief stint with the Cincinnati Bengals.
I reached out to Dustin because he is the most successful long term Medical Device Representative I have ever met. He is a leader and he takes care of people. I wanted to find out how we can all “forge success through balance” as he has. He falls into a rare category of ultra-successful people that are humble and always willing to learn new things.
