Forging Process
Forging is a process to form, refine and shape metals through heating, bending and hammering. The triangle is often created using metal that has been forged. A triangle is stable, rigid, weight bearing and considered the strongest of all shapes. The Steelyard Academy has used the triangle to forge success through balance in our lives. We will help you forge your success through our six principles:
Be Where You Are
Buy Back Time
Escape Velocity
Faster You Go Faster
Near Rocks, Far Rocks
Steelyard Balance
As you learn, live and lead our forging process by utilizing our six principles you will build meaningful relationships, create an environment of success and balance lives.
"We forge the chains we wear in life." Charles Dickens
"Nothing splendid was ever created in cold blood. Heat is required to forge anything. Every great accomplishment is the story of a flaming heart." Arnold H. Glasow
“Life's a forge! Yes, and hammer and anvil, too! You'll be roasted, smelted, and pounded, and you'll scarce know what's happening to you. But stand boldly to it! Metal's worthless till it's shaped and tempered! More labor than luck. Face the pounding, don't fear the proving; and you'll stand well against any hammer and anvil.” Lloyd Alexander
“You can not dream yourself into a character; you must hammer and forge yourself one.” James A. Froude
"The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones." Confucius
