Jake Olson is currently an Executive Vice President at www.owens-minor.com in the Bay Area. His story is one where he has continually adjusted and bettered himself in order to maximize his talents, grow his abilities, and fulfill his role as a successful leader. As Jake went back to get a Master’s degree at www.stmarys-ca.edu in his mid 30’s, he challenged the notion of work-life-balance in the form of equal time. His story of achieving success while in fact keeping balance in life, in his beliefs, and with his family will make you want to do that hard thing that you have been putting off. His story will remind you that each of us has a great purpose in life, and as we seek it, our loved ones will support it and in the process, relationships will be strengthened.
