Several years ago three friends were discussing issues each was facing in their own lives. One flew F-15s in the Air Force. Another an attorney and former marketing researcher in Las Vegas. And the third a veteran in sales. They asked each other is it possible for an individual or organization to be successful while maintaining balance? The question intrigued them. After researching, interviewing and teaching many organizations and people they found balance to be a real concern. Through their research the Steelyard Academy was born.
